All the stuff above.. just ignore it.. hehe... well!!! Below is a screenshoot of the emulator running UltraHLE (Nintendo64 emulator) and a screenshoot of the program:

How it works?? Simply put it in the game directory, select the card type you want to emulate, and klick on the button! Simply as that! It will generate the file perfectly.. hehehe
